The zipper pocket is great for small items like keys or change and the bottle holders hold a bottle of water or a baby bottle well but the cell phone pocket doesnt properly fit my smart phone luckily i have a case on my phone or my phone would have broke the first time i tried to use it i moved half a foot and my phone went flying
