Stick it to the door so it catches the door handle. The two arms also move independently of each other so the upper one can fold flush against the door. Does the job and keeps the child in lol.
Cons
It’s also worth noting that these would not comply with uk fire safety regulations. Honestly, most of the above is my opinion, so feel free to try them. And can't even take them off the doors properly.
