I ordered an xl according to the sizing chart which felt crazy but it was still tough to get on and very tight
It doesnt feel uncomfortable and doesnt feel binding
Too small i gave four stars because the back rolls down a bit so you have to do some adjusting to make it stay
Otherwise this panty does smooth and compress the stomach a little bit
