I thought it wasnt working but my naturopath told me typical glucosamine chondroitin does not work it has to be glucosamine sulfate when i switched it started working
I must admit though that my knees have become more flexible
Maybe several bottles will improve my joint problems
My bottle is almost empty but i have not experienced significant difference in my joint pain
