Pros

When feeding a family of 8 (that eats like 12 people), need to save all i can. Goes well with any savory recipe.

Use this in soups and as a pizza topping. Mix this up with your favorite canned spaghetti sauce. Great for meatballs.

After browning the meat, drain out the grease. Use very little seasoning for it comes with its own it seems. No greasy output.

Cons

All of the styrofoam trays were packed with ice crystals. Very coarse ground. Did not like the flavor.
