Pros
It's just as advertised and does a great job. Great for the home and large events. Highly recommend it.
Cons
Two emails to johnsonville, zero response. Returned for refund. Only used it about once a month and now have no recourse but to junk it!
Only for their sausage. Over cooked other brand. Only their brand fits in correctly. Lots of skin still pink in color at the ends.

I received my sausage cooker and it was defective almost as if something was bent internally and it was really hard to close and latch

Anyway i chatted with amazon customer service and within 2 minutes of telling them i think its defective they had a ups pickup scheduled for tomorrow and a replacement ordered for delivery this week
