Pros
This has never irritated my neck or fave. The old formula is literally 3 water, salt, lavender oil. And my waves become perfect beach curls when i apply and lightly scrunch to towel-dried hair.

This new formula has aloe and alcohol and other unnecessary ingredients that seem to just weigh hair down and make it oily
