Pros
This shampoo is very affordable and actually smoothes my thick, wavy hair. It’s helps control frizzy hair.
Scent is enjoyable. It smells good.
It's thick and has a nice scent and creates a good lather.

Mine was shipped in a box so i did not have issues with the product opening during shipping.
After finishing up with the blow-dryer, i could still tell my hair was more straight and a lot less frizzy.
They want to make stuff that nobody wants rather then reading the reviews that say people love this product.
Price
I like how my curly hair feels and behaves using this shampoo, and i like the price on amazon.
Great product but a bit high price
I was afraid in buying a new brand, but since the price was good, i tried.
Packaging/appearance
This works exactly the same as the old flawlessly straight, just with new pretty purple packaging (and 2 ounces less per container).
My only complaint is that it is a bit thin and takes some work getting it out of the bottle.
Competitiveness
Helps with detangling for picking or brushing.

It is more expensive per ounce than some salon brands, so you do have to take that into account.
