Pros

Easy installation and undamaged product. Unscrew old unit. Screw on the new. Just twist the old one off and twist the new one on.

This product works as advertised. It saves a ton of time. Easy to change, original equipment but overpriced at $39.

Ioem filter is a bit pricey, that is the fault of jd, not amazon. Press down on the filter and turn it 90 degrees counter-clockwise. I keep a jug of oil to top up the crankcase if it is low.

No mess, no fuss. Thar's to the right for those. No more hassle to do an oil change.

Cons

Instructions say push down and rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise. There was about a 3/4 inch gap between the mount and the bottom of the cartridge.
