The only drawback is that the size is adequate when placing in large handbag with its case or glove compartment but when using it for smaller bags it does not fold as easy

Even though told the rep at the desk i could not walk or stand they put me in a room where i could not use the bathroom

After contacting them they said i was in a handicap bathroom because all they have to do is have the door wide enough to get a wheelchair in and grab bars in the tub to be handicap i i reckon it doesnt matter if u cant use the toilet or shower and pretty much said i have to specificly request a “roll in shower handicap room” even though the rep knew my exact needs making this whole situation my mistake not theirs
