By soldering some bell wire to the end of one lot drilled holes in the back of the cupboards and shelves threading the cable up and over the cooker hood down the inside of the cupboard on the other side and soldered that to the other piece making sure i got the polarity correct

I fitted these to the back of the plinth or whatever its called under my kitchen cupboards so that the light shines on the wall and is reflected off the white base of the cupboards and down on to the work surface
