Pros & Cons
Pros
Just enough cushion to protect her knees but not too bulky. My nephew says it’s perfect. They hold up to constant kneeling. With a lot of kneeling in the vinyards & gardens.
Good for yoga and low cardio. Lightweight and effective. The only downside is that it's not super breathable on the knees.
My knees are not great so these help to give some patting.
