It took three or four minutes to install the drivers on my w10 laptop these autoinstalled once the receiver was plugged in but there was no manual intervention required

It would appear logitech have two variants of this combo

My original combo with the old logitech eye logo has the unifying nano receiver and so the setpoint application on logitechs support site controls the settings for both devices

The new combo with logitechs new logo comes with a non unifying receiver which basically means that the setpoint app will only allow you to control the keyboard settings and not the mouse
