I use this on both my car seat and my childs stroller if its over my babys car seat well i have the maxicosi car seat and it worked perfectly is slightly big on the car seat but got the job done instead of buying the car she want to spend the extra money i just use this my car seat and my stroller i feel just keeps my baby warm i dont think you can a twoyearold who is big in size might be too tight for them great gift this thing is a lifesaver
