It has a nice weight and is fatter than most of my pens. The nib is smooth and flows well, not the smoothest, but for the price i didnt expect butter glide. The pen itself has some heft which i like.

The cap slips on snugly which is great. The top stays in place on the back of the pen when wring, better than the comparable shaeffer.

The grip is a little triangular, but not forcefully so because it's rubberized, so room for adaptability. For bigger hands, the size is great. A good choice for fountain pen beginners and more experienced users.

The jinhao x450 is a very nice pen, especially when one considers the price (under $8) this product proves that you do not need to pay more to get quality. This pen is just heavenly and can sit proudly next them.

Its amazing how this pen writes and for the price i cant believe

You cant go wrong writes well and there is no leaking or any issues you would expect from such a cheap price

But this pen for the price is nice
