Pros

Arrived as promised. I'm replacing an older brand name mattress that i spent $2,000 on. I wonder if i can flip it and if the other side would be better.

Cons

This bed hurts my back so bad when i lay on it even when i’m not sleeping and sinks all the way down. It hurts so much to lay in that stiff bed that i prefer sleeping on my couch.

We let it “inflate” for a full 48 hours like suggested and it was still very thin. The mattress has zippers that ripped within the first 3 months. It has not expanded evenly after 3 full days.
