Pros & Cons
Pros
It dissolves easily in room temperature water, a lot better when shaken than stirred. At about 83 cents a serving, not bad. Cheaper than gatorade. Instructions say to mix one packet in 16oz (2 cups) of water.
These are the best calorie-free electrolyte supplements i've seen. They replenish the salts (electrolytes) you lose by sweating. It quenches thirst and keeps you hydrated. Both these together keep me hydrated better than ever before.
Tastes like tang (flavored drink super popular in the 90s) with a hint of salt. I use 20oz instead of 16oz to dilute it a bit more, it helps hydrate.
Pickleball cocktail is basically an electrolyte replacement drink in powdered form. Reminiscent of well known gator electrolyte drinks.
Highlights
Quality
I’m very happy with the results and i’ll continue this routine for a while
I have no doubt this is a very healthy product
I found it very unpleasantly salty and i didnt really feel as though the blue raspberry went with the salt
The one little scoop is enough even with the bigger bottle
Packaging/appearance
I buy the jar to keep at home and the packets for when i’m on the the go
I found the powder doesnt mix well if you have ice in the glass prior to putting in the mix
Competitiveness
I use pickleball cocktail by jigsaw health on a daily basis
I play a lot of pickleball often in hot weather
Well a few days later i tried it one last time but this time i mixed it into a 32oz water bottle and at that point it wasnt half bad
So yeah if youre going to get this stuff make sure you have a water bottle a bit bigger than 16oz or else itll be way too overpowering

The name is kinda odd—i guess theyre playing off the popularity of pickleball but it really has nothing to do with pickleball and disappointing my son it doesnt look or taste like pickle juice which would be nasty
