Pros
Jiffy buttermilk biscuit mix does way more than just make great biscuits. Forget having to dig out your favorite buttermilk biscuit mix recipes. It makes a nice flaky crust.
Cons
Arrived with an almost expired expiration date (in 2 months). Package and product description says that it is a package of 2 blueberry muffin mixes. Manufacturer's expiration date from the manufacturer was scratched off the top of the box.
Jiffy cornbread is quite possibly the worst cornbread mix on the planet. Doesn't rise right/very dense. Seems like a ripoff. Don't pay this outrageous priice!
