I purchased this item only got to use it once my lady borrowed it as hers quit working different brand she loves it wont give back had to go buy me another one

These honestly sound a lot better than the name brand ones that they are knocking off i bought those and returned them because they sounded horrible

Some times it connects to my phone but wont control it or controls it but doesnt play audio

The remedy has been to play a song on my phone then turn the headphones on

As for range ive walked pretty far away from my phone and as long as there arent huge objects in the way the signal reaches

On the other hand ive had my phone in my pocket and lost signal because i was bent down with my phone smashed between my leg and stomach
