The adapter works well but the plug that comes with it is odd and makes me question the quality
Besides that oddity the adapter seems like a quality unit

Next i load tested it and it puts out at least 6 amps so i cut the connector off and screwed the wires into the cameras terminal strip presto a fully working security camera

Its not hot enough for me to be afraid of it melting or burning anything but it definitely does not run cool

The receptacle on the adapter is 3 pronged but the wall plug end is only 2

This makes me question whether or not the device is utilizing the earth ground connection
