Its not a big deal it just means you have to stretch it over the seat pan a little more and get creative with the stapling

It is straight from china though

Was folded in a very thin plastic like what cheap chinese toys would come in and had a piece of paper with instructions in both chinese and english

But it does fit a 2002 ktm 300 exc which it said it would fit a 03 and theres no difference in those bikes

My biggest letdown was the amount of time it took to deliver as it came from china which may or may not have been impacted by the coronavirus delays
