Pros
The lumbar support pillow is really comfortable yet gives good support. It temporarily smooths out trouble areas in the skin. Works well to tighten skin and firm aging to reduce wrinkles.
It's unbelievably effective for under eye puffiness. Temporarily removes eye bags for an evening out. Tightens my under eye area in moments.
Cons
It dries in a very visible, nearly white, cakey mess. The makeup just sits on top of this product enhancing the dryness.

In addition and i havent seen this in the description but if you use any kind of moisturizer or make up this product will not work well over top of it

That is a downside because i use it for my eyes and cant put any moisturizer under my eyes
