When you first unbox it and put it together it will be stiff and you have to adjust the strength of the arms to meet your monitor size

The one thing i would point out is that 3 of the inset screws that old the arms on the posts had fallen out into the bottom of the box

My goal was to get it setup where it was easy to put in one position and then move it down 12” and forward about the same without adjusting anything else
