Excellent pillow these pillows say they are adjustable because they have a zipper on the side so you can adjust the thickness

I removed these pillows from the plastic bag and they fluffed out right away

Otherwise they are very soft and fully no plastic smell my old pillow was causing me to have pain in my neck
