Pros
Most seasoning seems to work better when it's mixed in with the meat rather than sprinkled outside. This product costs a little more, but is 94% lean. Its mild flavor goes with every meal.
Cons
The whole pot is basically garbage now because of this low-quality meat. What a waste of money and pasta. This pricing is a rip-off.
It feels like your going to crack a tooth. I fully expect somebody from their company to reply with we take this very seriously, blah blah blah.

It has a low fat content good for the heart and this brand makes it great fresh minced meat
It is healthier and has a nicer texture than the highfat products
If youre not going to use it within the next couple of days it tastes fine when frozen and defrosted
I mixed this with some fresh cracked black pepper and grated parmesan and made into small burgers was delish
Price
Was fortunate to get the extra lean on sale
Taste good and is great in price
Its a reasonable price on amazon too
The price is lower or as close to the stores price
