The waistband elastic is tight so they never fall down. Sizing is in women's clothing so go with your regular size. The pants fit her well, she says the waist band is tight. The pant has pockets.

The material is thick the outside and inside are the same material its not like these are super fuzzy on the outside and then normal fabric on the inside the entire pajamas are made of the same fuzzy material
