Pros

Soft to the touch, durable, and washes easily. I'm used to the smoothness of modal sheets. I don't use a top sheet, that's what the duvet cover is for. I think it looks really nice & feels soft.

It fit my duvet seamlessly, was the most cozy & comfortable to sleep with. I love how they stitched the duvet where the zipper is located. Ties inside the corners to keep the comforter from slipping.

Waller tan and curtains are tan. The color overall is just beautiful not too dark of a gray.

Cons

The material is not at all comfortable. Very itchy even after 2-3 washes. It ripped right away as soon as i put it on my comforter. It is useless to me in this shade.

Standard pillowcases are so skimpy they barely fit a fairly thin pillow. The sizing is also wacky. The zipper is so small and fragile that one broke right off after the 3rd wash.
