Company invested in making products that satisfy customer needs and actually wants to hear feedback. Tl;dr - just buy this, it's good.
Not too sticky feeling despite being made of gel. The graphite color is a pad wrapped in gray fabric.
Cons
They are very hard, almost as much as my desk, thus absolutely inconvenient to use.
Both sides are sticky/tacky, which stick to your skin. After a while the top collects enough dirt thats its not sticky but looks disgusting. If you try to wash it then some kind of glue-like coating peels off and it becomes even stickier.
Not satisfied with this product. Will most likely be returning and trying a new one.

These do “stick” to my desk as in don’t slide around they are easily moveable with leaving a residue though
