It can be placed in the ceiling hanged on the wall or on top of the door

The handle might not last long because the material arent the best but you get what you paid for

I wish the strap for the anchor might be a little longer because i am worried that it might warp my door somehow you can see in the pictures the door is a little out of alignment because of the strap there

Of course you need to have a door in the right location to allow room for the exercises and you cant do some exercises where you would extend past the anchor point since the door would block your movement
