It's a super lightweight nonslip foam handle that has padding. Great for on the go photographers. So portable, so durable. Highly recommend for filmmakers and photographers.

Nikon d5300 tripod holds a gopro, phone, and a couple of regular tripod plate attachments. Two mounts are a great plus making switches between cameras and mount types easy.

The adjustment parameters on this thing is essentially limitless. Easy to adjust with endless positioning options. Quick disconnect is a great feature.
