Anyone who has had a lab will know they are serial chewers and none of the others have lasted for more than a couple of weeks

If they have bitten far enough through a leash it could fail completely close to a road

It is difficult to wrap the lead around your hand to shorten it if needed

Whilst the lead is fairly chew resistance the rubber coverings on the sewn ends of the rope lasted less than 5 mins when dog decided to chew lead
