Pros

Was impressed with the comfort and cushion insoles. The insole has great padding. The memory foam is really cushy.

The strap is tight if your feet swells. The sole & heel are flat and wide enough that i don't turn my ankle over.

I wish i could buy them in other colors atthe same price but that option was not available. Have gotten lots of compliments. Such a cute style too with the flower design and ribbon detail.

I have plantar fasciitis in my feet, but these shoes feel great! Comfortable shoe like all my other jbu.

Cons

The straps were frayed. The upper part of the shoes hits directly under my ankle and created blisters on both feet. I also wish it didn't have the printed flowers on the strap.
