Pros

The adult size fits me well. I am 5'4 muscular athletic build adult, they all fit wonderfully. Your able to adjust it to your fitting witch is overall nice and amazing feature.

Great protection for the price, and a good set for beginners. Safety is so underrated. Good cushion and hard protection on all knee, elbow, and even gloves.

Cons

Got a bunch of elbow and forearm scrapes because of this useless protection. The knee pad straps are already ripping. Even the adjustable attrahents don't help.
