I really think that jaybird would have done better if they had just made this version a new model number but many of the complaints for the older version of the f5s are addressed

All 3 fit snugly on the metal ear buds i use medium size for all and stay in the ears during runs

Although it can be removed after charging if you leave the charging clip that fits on the control panel in place it keeps charging the headphones battery for about another 4 hours

Then you can plug in the android type charger and fill up the control panel and charging clip for another 8 hours of use

The control panel is located a few inches from the right earbud and has a central control button that syncs the headphones with my iphone 6
