The comfort could be worked on but they stay in the ear very well lifting weights and running

I always used the in hear buds and wings because i didnt like the overtheear look its for some and not others

Much to my surprise when i called to ask if there was any option to get an exchange they told me no problem send the product in and sure enough i have received a brand new set of buds

There has been a problem apparently with something rattling in the right ear bud that did end up happening to mine after a year of uselonger than any other headphones ive used

Their customer service said they would provide a 1 time replacement

They also advised not to wall charge the headphones which could have been the problemlaptop charge onlyand on top of that if the replacement breaks they could be sent in for a credit to a new purchase
