Pros

The proper application is to clench for five second or longer than release for five and repeat. Not too expensive, a good work out and does not hurt your teeth. But inexpensive and effective.

Product is durable and well designed. Strengthen your jaw and improve the health of your jawbone.

Cons

Good idea in theory but bad in execution. I've washed it twice & it still has a strong chemical smell. Buy a pack of bubble gum instead.
