Not poe compliant, but works great as a patch between my lab switch and my trunk switch. I don't believe any of my network other than my router is capable of speeds necessitating cat7.

Cons

Perhaps i misunderstood the specs. Doesn't keep the highest level of picture resolution. Just get something else.
