I was confident based on the reviews that this was a good product, and I wasn’t let down. I have suede adidas as my work shoes so they get pretty dirty easily. I was worried when I first was cleaning them only because I never have properly washed these shoes before, and it’s been a few years so that was a lot of dirt to tackle. I used the product as instructed and I also cleaned the inside of the shoes and it successfully cleaned the slight foot odor luckily(smells fresh & clean). The only thing I did differently was rinse my shoes (just with warm water)only because of how much dirt there was and since I washed the insides. That was something I kind of regret only since when they dried the shoes stiffened a little. I was scared but when they were almost completely dry I went back in with the brush(dry with no product on it) and brushed in the direction of the leather. The suede softened right up once I brushed them and they were good as new so you can use the brush wet or dry. I would highly recommend this product, smells great and tough on dirt!  Read Less
