Very unfortunately the cap was loose and somehow the soap was leaking due to sealing defect

It cleans as expected but did not work as well as i had hoped on white shoes even when instructions were followed to a t

For my other shoes it cleaned pretty well but there were some dirt spots that no matter how hard i scrubbed it just wouldn’t clean
