Pros
The purple is a lovely deep shade, duck egg is on the greener end, lovely colour though. I hope this one is just as fantastic, same brand same colour.
Both are super soft and smooth, great to the touch and look identical. Smooth and comfy. It’s soft but quite a lot thinner than i expected. Love the envelope closure.
Cons
One side is 100% cotton though the paper label says 100% silk. There is nothing on the pillow case that says this. The material is harsh, not smooth or silky. This pillowcases are destroyed very easily, the quality is really bad.

I never wash silk or wool in machine instead i wash with a non bio detergent for silk and wool

I also have a very high end costly silk pillowcase but that is always relegated to the pillow i don’t use it’s just not as comfortable
