Quality
I was concerned about the quality the guitar would have but i’m very impressed with the sound
The quality is very good for the price
My only quibble was that the quality of the tuner could have been better so i would recommend investing in a better tuner
The quality of all the items included in the package were as advertised
Price
Wasnt worth knocking off any stars from my review though
Shipping
The best shipping time i’ve ever had
My only complaint is the bottom of the guitar has a small ding on the bottom during shipping
To me it was not worth shipping back
I would give austin bazzar five stars if not for the shipping damage which is not their fault
Packaging/appearance
A little more foam in the box or repackaging would help

The only problem we had at all with this purchase was that one of the zipper pulls on the gig bag just fell off the very first time he used it

It is shipped slack tuned which means you tune it first thing

If you did not request a tuner the provided dvd shows you how to tune it manually
