Keep a window slightly open to promote circulation of the aroma but even overnight when everything’s locked up it works fine

There are 6 fragrance options and i went for the jasmine one which had a good floral scent which gives you a gentle hit as you pass it by

I would recommend not placing this in direct sunlight as i have done this in the past not knowing that it will turn the oil inside the diffuser bad
