Pros

These are like taking a multi-vitamin. This is a pretty good formulation. I am do glad to be able to have found something that builds bone and tooth enamel.

The price is high, but that’s the norm for all k2 products. K1 is obtained from leafy vegetables like spinach. Mk-7 is one of the preferred forms of vitamin k2 in a gel capsule. Coconut oil is the main ingredient.

Cons

Mcg is very strong and can have adverse side effects with blood pressure and sleep. Be careful. Be careful with your blood pressure and sleep.
