The only other otc product that has had a similar powerful effect on anxiety is nac. When i get into a mental and physical state of depression, stress, just sadness sometimes even meditation doesn't help.

Ashwagandha is a great choice of tonic herb for a lot of people. Has a profound effect on a sluggish thyroid. Some people report better results with a higher dosage, but most of the studies have been done at this dosage.

Cons

This product used to contain the standardized extract ksm-66©, however it now contains some unspecific extract. Deceptive relisting. This is now some random “ashwagandha extract” of god knows what quality.
