Pros
This sharpener stops my students from spending too much time at the sharpener. It produces a very sharp point, maybe too sharp for small children. Easy use for 5yo, 9 yo and 11 yo.
Worked perfectly right out of the box after plugging it in. This one is the most highly recommended during my search, so i got it. I decided to purchase this item after reading the reviews, i am glad i did it works very well.
Cons
This is the worst pencil sharpener i've ever seen or used. Does not effectively sharpen pencils and flattens the tip of the pencil. The pencil gets stuck as it is sharpening so you have to try it a couple of times before it works.
The motor is weak and continually slows down or stop. It gets stuck. It's a sealed unit so it just goes into the trash.

First of all the sharpener does even do what is supposed to do plug it in several electric outlet and ir doesnt do any

However i do find im able to stall the motor pretty easily especially if trying to sharpen a brand new pencil

Also it tends to sharpen the pencils a bit too much and the stopping mechanism isnt great in that respect
