I was quite saddened that even with all the bubble wrap it was shipped with when she opened it up one of the four cups was severely cracked and had to be thrown out

The product just arrived and when i opened the box one of the cubs was already broken

My only disappointment was the very first time i used the cups the hot tea actually cracked the glaze on the bottom of the cup creating a spiderweb effect

Came with one cup broken but seller provided a replacement for the broken part after submitting a picture showing damage
