Definitely aninteresting, informative and instructional read. The binding and book are beautifully constructed. It is also no coincidence that the japanese have one of the longest life spans in the world.

Cons
The binding is okay, but the paper is a bit cheap-feeling. Recipies just a list of ingredients without any procedural methods. Too much salt, too much sugar. Hardly any pictures of what the dish is supposed to look like.

A good place to start with japanese cooking but if you get serious about learning this style of cooking youll quickly find it to be redundant as the recipes are from other cookbooks that you should really buy
