Pros
This pan makes a 3-egg rolled omelette nicely. It fits 2 burger patties in perfectly, which is something i need occasionally. My grandkids love these sliced up in neat little bites--such a great shape for sushi.
Cons
I regret so much that i bought this pan because it's cheap! I am not prone to hyperbole, but this pan has absolutely ruined my entire life. Made 1 egg in the pan and it is ruined. Threw away the frying fan after second use.

After use rinse with very hot water no detergent

I was a little skeptical because it was advertised as cast iron but looked very thin more like carbon steel

That means avoid using dish soap definitley dont put it in the diswasher and use a good amount of oil when you cook

When making tamago be sure to lube it with a little oil between each layer
