Pros
For fifteen dollars i have been very pleasantly surprised by this knife. It's inexpensive and arrived in perfect condition. Well worth its value and performs greater than expected.
Came with a huge micro bevel. Cuts cleanly.
Great for slicing fish for sushi, as well as slicing sushi rolls. Works great for slicing my homemade sushi rolls, cuts through the nori on the outside of the roll without tearing. Used to hinomaru collection sekizo yanagiba.
Cons
On the fourth or fifth cut, it fell off, right out of the handle and headed for the floor. The other side of the blade was not even given a profile. Wasn't even able to get an edge.
