I tried the helical grease from amazon that costs 12dollars and it did not work way too much resistance and heavy feel

I tried the triflow bicycle grease and i couldnt even turn the focus ring it was crazy thick

I have been trying to use that cheaper brand of helical grease sold on amazon and could not figure out why no matter how well i ultrasonically cleaned the parts it felt rough and sticky
